What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Most custom products start from 50–500 pieces depending on the product — exact MOQ varies by item. Door gifts and simpler items may have lower MOQs. Contact us for a specific recommendation.
How do I place an order?+
Use the Request a Quote form on any product page, or WhatsApp us at +65 9685 1645. We respond within 1 business day. Share your product preference, quantity, deadline and branding requirements.
Can I mix different products in one order?+
Yes — we regularly manage multi-product orders with unified branding and delivery. Many clients combine items like tumblers, tote bags and notebooks into a single gift set or event campaign.
⚙️ Production
How long does production take?+
Custom items take 30–45 working days after artwork approval. Ready stock items deliver within 7 working days. Express production is available for an additional fee — contact us to check availability.
Can I see a sample before bulk production?+
Yes — pre-production samples are available for most products before committing to a bulk run. A nominal sample charge applies, typically offset against your final order.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?+
Vector files are preferred (AI, EPS, PDF with outlined fonts). High-resolution PNG or JPG at 300dpi+ are also accepted. No print-ready files? Our design team can vectorise your logo for a small fee.
🎨 Branding
How many colours can I print?+
Depends on the technique. Silkscreen: 1–4 spot colours. Digital/UV printing: full-colour artwork. Laser engraving: single-tone. Our team recommends the best method for your artwork.
Can you match my exact brand colours?+
Yes — provide Pantone (PMS) colour references or CMYK values and we'll match them precisely. Colour consistency across your full branded order is standard.
🚚 Delivery
Do you deliver to Malaysia and Vietnam?+
Yes — we deliver across Vietnam and to Singapore. Delivery timelines and charges vary by destination. Contact us for a regional delivery quote.
Can you deliver directly to an event venue?+
Yes — direct venue delivery is available. We regularly deliver to event venues, conference halls, hotels and offices. We can coordinate timing directly with your event team.
💳 Payment
What are your payment terms?+
50% deposit on confirmation, 50% balance before delivery. Payment via bank transfer (FAST/PayNow) or cheque. GST applies for Singapore orders and a tax invoice is provided.
Do you provide invoices for corporate purchases?+
Yes — every order includes an official quotation and tax invoice. We are GST-registered in Singapore, suitable for corporate procurement and expense claims.
